Kristen Shimp is a Berks County native. She has been a registered nurse since earning her Bachelor’s degree in 1998 from Thomas Jefferson University. She went on to earn her Master’s degree in Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University in 2003. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

In 2008, Kristen was extensively trained in aesthetic medicine while working in a high volume practice in North Carolina. She has a passion for injectable procedures and specializes in dermal fillers and neurotoxin; Botox, Dysport and Jeuveau. She also has a strong background in lasers, skin care and facial renovation.

   

Kristen is highly skilled in providing nonsurgical alternatives to restore a more youthful and refreshed appearance. She does not practice “cookie cutter” aesthetic treatments and strives to keep results natural and refreshing. She truly believes more is not necessarily better. She prides herself in looking at each patient as an individual and spending time with them to tailor an individualized treatment plan. 

 

When Kristen is not working she is spending time with her husband and three children. They love to spend time together outdoors; hiking, traveling, playing sports and running. She believes keeping healthy, active and together builds a strong and fulfilling family.
